How To Become A LASIE Member...

It's easy. Simply complete the Membership Application and return it along with your dues for the appropriate amount from the category list shown. Membership in LASIE is open to any business involved and interested in self insurance in Louisiana.

Annual membership dues are relied upon to continue the vigilant watch over workers' compensation issues that affect self insured employers, deductible policy employers, group self insurance funds, service companies and related businesses throughout the state.
